Hot PeppersAnaheim- Produces 7"-8" fruits that mature from green to red, getting hotter as they mature. This is a mild hot pepper with a Scoville rating of 1,000-3,000 Jalapeno- The salsa standard! Produces 2-3" green fruit that has a Scoville rating average of 5,000 Thai Hot- This plant produces small thin fruits that range from green to orange to red. Scoville rating of 8,000- 12,000 Bulgarian Carrot- Compact plant that is high yielding. Produces 3-4" orange fruit that is rated at about 100,000 Scovilles! Hot Paper Lantern- The hottest we offer...be careful! These plants are good for the northern climate. The 3-4" fruits create an interesting display of colors as they ripen from green to red. Rated at a blistering 200,000 + Scovilles!
| S P A C E R | Sweet PeppersCarmen- A red bull horn shaped fruit that has a sweet flavor that is great for salads and roasting. California Wonder- Standard green bell. Flavorburst- These smaller 4" fruits have a unique citrus flavor. They're nice and sweet when green, but scrumptious once ripened to a light orange color. Jolly Yellow- This is a nice thick-skinned large yellow pepper. Sweet Karma Red- This has excellent flar and large yeilds. |
